Don’t mind the title, I just didn’t thought about anything better~

For now, I’ll answer some questions, everyne is aking about these things, so I’ll answer it now:

“Why are you taking so long to release new Umineko chapters?”

First, we have the raw problem. I found one or two raws, but we still can’t find all the new chapters. Because of this, we’re searching for people who can help us with to get the raws. Anyone can help, we just need someone that knows how to use the Share or another P2P program and can get the raws for us, just it.

“What about Higurashi?”

Same thing for Jan, Minagroshi and Matsuribayashi, the raw problem. We still have Minagoroshi chapter 17, 18 and 19, but just these ones. Now We have Paula taking care of Minagoroshi, so we will probably release chapter 17 soon.

“And Higanbana?”

The problem with Higanbana it’s not the same as umineko and higurashi, it’s just that thismanga have to much editions. I was taking care of it, but now I don’t have time to spend cleaning and fixing everything, so i’m searching for someone that can do it. Ace (not the translator, the other Ace. Why our group have two Aces?@_@) is trying to do it, I believe he will be able to finish it without problems, since he’s really good editing, but we’re also accepting if someone wants to offer help.

“Can I use your scans to translate Umineko to spanish/russian/vietnamese/italian/the P language/etc?“

Yes you can, you don’t really need to ask, just inform us that you’re going to use it and put our link in your site, please.

“Do you know about Episodes 5 and 6 manga? Are yu going to translate it too?”

Yes, we’re planning on translate it to, however it would help a lot if we could get new people to help.  A translator and a typesetter (guess we don’t need cleaners for now).

” I want to translate a manga, but no one wants to help me edit it… can you help me cleaning and typesetting it?”(yes, three people came to ask us XD)

Well, if you’re going to translate it by yourself and can wait until december, yes.

“I found lots of errors when I was reading your releases…can you fix it?”

If you’re offering yourself to help me fix it, yes, I can fix.

BTW, I want to introduce Michelle, our new typesetter. She’s helping with episode 2. I also want to thank Cookie, that’s helping with episode 4 since some time ago.

Personal matters: not sure if I told about it already, but if I said, I’ll repeat it. Also, I’m sorry for this, I know that this isn’t my personal blog, but anyway…

I’m finally finishing college so I’m REALLY busy. I just have two free days per week when I can really sleep and relax, and, no, it’s not saturday and sunday, because I’m studying on these days too. That’s why we’re not releasing too fast, aside the raws problem. I’m also looking for a job, but I think that it’ll be easier to work when I found one, because I’m planning on work with mangas. Until I find my perfect job or I finish college, I’m sorry, but this is how it’ll be, just one or two chapters per month.

The maintainers of MangaHelpers, a site that aggregated unauthorized scans of manga with translations, have announced that they have taken steps to shut down the site. While they expressed their belief that they have served publishers’ market reach, the maintainers acknowledged that continuing to operate is no longer an option. Uploading and linking to untranslated manga scans and scanlations have been disabled on the site, and access to the current library is only available to scanlators to allow them to back up their work. Omorashi is from the Kataribanashi Higurashi Anthology comics, it’s not a doujinshi.

Not sure if everyone noticed it, but almost all Higurashi arcs were removed from one manga. That does not mean, however, that we will stop the translation.

I should say that i really cried when I was typesetting minagoroshi 17..

We got one new cleaner and one new proofreader, so it’s still missing someone to translate episode 3 an someone to help with typesetting.

As everyone probably notice, we’re not updating the members page and the projects page anymore. That’s because we’re finally working in the site. Everything is going wonderfully, so we’ll just update it in the new site.

Hi minna! Ready for some releases? Today we have the first two twilights of episode 2, minagoroshi volume 3 full, and episode 4 volume 1 full. Likely, Aiwa-san, from LJ, provided scans containing the episode 4 tankoubon omake, so the full volume has these special pages that we didn’t include in our previews releases.

I’m searching for one more cleaner, one more typesetter, a new proofread, since the last two disappeared, and someone to translate episode 3. I still believe that Emily will translate it, but I’m really thinking that she won’t be able to do it so soon. I can wait more 2 or 3 weeks for the episode 1 tps translations, since she looks busy, but I really want to do the episode 3 too and soon…
Ah, but, sure, if someone appears offering to translate the episode 1 tps is ok too! We just have Ace working for now, I really don’t want to force him to translate all the projects, it’s not even fair…

Today i would like to talk about that new manga, Higanbana no Saku Yoru ni, but since there’s already a review online, just read it here . I want to talk about the translation. Since it’s Ryukishi’s work, I have great expectatives for this serie, so I really would want to add this serie to our group projects. I have here some page that a an Anon-san, from 4chan, translated:

Explains nothing about the serie, really, but I think that Onikakushi starts exactly like this, so, again, my expectatives.

Now, you’re probably thinking “OH, YOU!!!!!!! WHY ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT GET MORE PROJECTS IF YOU DIDN’T EVEN FINISH EPISODE 1???????” Simple question, sweet, we’ going to finish it because EMILY IS BAAAAAAAAACK! THE TRANSLATOR OF EPISODE 3 AND THE ONE IN CHARGE OF THE TEA PARTYS, SHE’S BACK AND WE WILL FINALLY FINISH THIS CHAPTER! YAY!!!!
